Beautiful lake views create a serene atmosphere.
Unfortunately, I faced several disappointments during my stay. The bathroom cleanliness was a major issue, with a massive hole in the shower mat and unclean countertops throughout the room. the food at breakfast was cold and stale, giving a sense of neglect in the dining area, which is a shame as the hotel has such potential.

Half amazing, half disappointing
The outdoor space was impressive, and watching an elephant near the garden was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The staff were friendly and provided great service during our stay.

I had a fantastic experience with easy access to the Statue of Parakramabahu I, which is just a short stroll of 500 meters away, and the serene Dimbulagala Monastery, located about 2 km from the hotel, allowing me to soak in the rich history and lush surroundings during my city walks. super service from the staff made my stay even better, and the spacious rooms added to my comfort.
